BSS Operations Engineer

Role Summary:
Responsible for business support systems (BSS) operations and support, bills and dunning process and lifecycle operations, customer data accuracy status and healthy checks, and providing 3rd line support for the business teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling operational requests from other technical and business teams.
• Providing 3rd line support for business teams.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Responsible for bill issuing and dunning operations.
• Performing system health checks and reconciliation operations.
• Responsible for business support systems access management.
• handling business support systems event, incident, and problem management with different support and operations teams.
• Ensuring that business support systems are up and operational 24/7.
• Other tasks might be required.

Work Experience & Qualifications::

• University degree in Computer/ Telecom Engineering or Computer Science.
• Knowledge in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
• Knowledge in Web Services, SOAP, JSON and XML technologies.
• Good knowledge in UNIX / Redhat Administration and Shell scripting.
• Experience in Billing and Charging systems is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
